I remember the days when I felt trapped—unsure of where to turn, overwhelmed with questions, and desperate for answers about what God truly wanted for my life. As a woman of faith, I believed marriage was sacred, but I also knew deep down that the situation I was in wasn’t what God intended for me.
The guilt was crushing. I asked myself over and over: Was I giving up? Was God angry with me for even thinking about divorce? What about my children? Would this decision ruin their lives? I needed clarity—not from the world, but from God.
In those moments of doubt, I cried out to Him. I spent hours praying, reading Scripture, and searching for His voice in the noise of my fears. Slowly, God began to speak to me through His Word, guiding me with truths that felt like they were written just for me.
What I Wish I Knew Back Then
Looking back, I realize how much I needed someone to walk with me through that season—someone who had been in my shoes and understood the questions that kept me awake at night. I needed guidance that was grounded in Scripture and a reminder that God wasn’t angry with me; He loved me and wanted me to walk in freedom.
That’s why I wrote "Revelations of the Heart." It’s the resource I wish I’d had when I was wrestling with whether to stay or leave. I poured my heart into this book, not as a “how-to” guide, but as a collection of the truths I discovered while seeking God’s heart on marriage, divorce, and the journey to healing.
For the Woman Who Feels Stuck
If you’re in a toxic or abusive marriage, wondering if it’s okay to let go, I want you to know this: You’re not alone. I’ve been where you are—questioning everything, feeling the weight of guilt, and longing for a way forward. But God sees you. He hears your prayers, and He wants to lead you to clarity and peace.
This isn’t just about making a decision; it’s about reconnecting with God’s love and truth. It’s about understanding His heart for you as His beloved daughter. I wrote "Revelations of the Heart" to help you navigate those tough questions, not with judgment, but with grace and understanding.
Walking This Journey Together
Whether you’re still trying to figure out what to do or you’ve already made the decision to leave, my prayer is that this book will be a source of encouragement and clarity for you. Inside, you’ll find the questions I desperately needed answers to, paired with Scripture and lessons I learned along the way.
This isn’t about telling you what to do—it’s about helping you hear from God and trust His voice. And if you’re feeling lost right now, I want to remind you of this: God is not angry with you. He loves you deeply, and His desire is to see you walk in freedom and peace.
You’re Not Alone
I wrote this book because I know how lonely this road can feel. But I also know the power of God’s Word to bring healing and hope, even in the hardest seasons. If you’re struggling, I want you to know that there is a way forward, and you don’t have to walk it alone.
Take your time. Seek Him. And when you’re ready, "Revelations of the Heart" is here to walk with you.
With love,
Amanda Nicole
